Last week we attended the Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market, helping staff Jamie Young Company’s show room. In addition to their beautiful new Summer 2019 collection, we saw all types of design inspiration from various home décor vendors. A key theme that we are excited to see continue is the use of organic and natural materials in all aspects of home furnishings. These materials offer a simple, yet fresh design element that are beautiful and environmentally-friendly.
As part of our tour, we got to see Peacock Alley, Worlds Away, and Noir – all of whom had spectacular show rooms. In particular, Peacock Alley provided a glimpse of their fall line of luxury bedding and bath linens that are impeccably crafted and gorgeous. Worlds Away displayed several unique case goods and accessories such as table centerpieces and bookshelf décor. They also incorporated lighter, softer colors in their furniture, such as the Wrenn mid-century style lounge chair and the Dixon acrylic base stool pictured below.
We also saw Celadon Art’s distinctive wall art and décor. As for southern charm, Loloi Rugs displayed their most popular collaboration with Joanna Gaines which comprises of 17 rugs, 37 pillows, and three throws. Finally, Noir’s newest Summer 2019 collection was showcased. The collection includes bold and sophisticated furniture such as dressers, cocktail tables, bookcases, seating and accessories.
